Hi! I’m Dr. Sam Poindexter, your Resilient Strength Coach. I’m a certified personal trainer, wellness coach, and educator who believes strength should make your life bigger—not smaller. With over a decade in fitness and a background in higher education, I specialize in helping people navigate acute injuries, chronic pain, and the everyday challenges that impact how we move, feel, and take care of ourselves. All while building sustainable strength, confidence, and resilience.

My process centers on smart, sustainable training—not extremes.

We start with an assessment to understand how you move, what contributes to pain, and what you want to be able to do, then build a personalized training plan with clear coaching and education along the way.
